Choosing & consuming the right meat product

 Make sure that:

1. The product has not expired.
2. The product inside has a normal color (not too bright - not dull) & is intact.
3. The airtight packing is really tight (no air inside) & has no any scratches or tears.
4. The producer and the place of manufacturing are mentioned on the label.
5. The maintenance conditions, preservatives and ingredients are listed on the label.
6. The product is stored in suitable conditions both at the shop & at home.
7. The product is delivered directly to the consumer’s refrigerator operating under maintenance conditions indicated on the label.
8. The product is consumed quickly (in less than a week) after opening the package.
